At Daisy Steel Co., we are committed to delivering top-notch products and services, including our comprehensive Package Protection plan. We understand that issues can occur during shipping, and our protection plan aims to give you peace of mind in such situations.

Coverage Details:

Product Lost in Transit:
If your order goes missing during shipping, our Daisy Steel Co. Package Protection has you covered. Initiate a claim within 72 hours of the delivery date, and we'll guide you through the steps to resolve the issue.

Product Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a damaged product, our Package Protection plan is here to help. Start a claim within 72 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or repair.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Our Package Protection is available for purchase when placing your order.
  • Claims must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Each eligible item is entitled to one replacement or repair.
  • To speed up the claims process, provide a clear image of the defective product.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Email our customer service at support@daisysteelco.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product, and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, you'll receive a return label via email.
  3. Package your return using the provided label and drop it off at a UPS facility.
  4. Once received, we'll either refund your original payment method within 3-5 business days or send a replacement within 72 hours.

Note:

  • Health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom metal signs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to custom apparel, flags, and custom design items.
