PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 1-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order. 

Estimated Delivery Time

Metal Art & Canvas orders are made custom to you, and due to the level of care and craftsmanship put into each of them, ship within 1-5 business days.

Lead time for Wholesale orders vary based on products and quantity. Standard production time is 1-2 weeks. Please email support@daisysteelco.com for accurate shipping estimate.

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@daisysteelco.com.

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

The personalized items are made to order in our facility in Tampa, Florida, Jackson, Mississippi or Grabill, Indiana.

Please, check that you have input the correct shipping address at checkout, including correct zip-code and apartment/unit number. You can also check your confirmation email for this information. All orders are automatically shipped to the address you input. We are not liable if your order does not arrive due to an irregularity in the shipping address. 

If you believe your order has an increased chance of being lost or stolen in transit due to a history of such issues, we highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to replace any orders that have been lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier.

  • Note: Our Package Protection coverage is available for purchase at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you opt for this protection if you wish to avail its benefits.
  • Claims must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery. This timeframe ensures that we can promptly address any concerns that may arise.
  • Each eligible item covered by our protection plan is entitled to one replacement or repair. Our goal is to ensure that you receive products that meet your satisfaction.
  • To expedite the claims process, please provide us with a clear image of the defective product. Our dedicated Customer Support Team is ready to assist you and will guide you on the most effective method for submitting images.
